Associate Director, Paid Social
Location:
New York City, New York | Dallas Fort Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | Bloomington, Indiana | Denver, Colorado
Compensation:
Salary ranges vary by location and experience; final compensation will be determined after confirming background and location.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or continuation offered.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.
Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets at the outset.
Track and optimise campaigns effectively during execution.
Serve as the primary client point of contact for daily tasks and deliverables.
Develop and implement guidelines and processes, contributing ideas around automation and process improvement.
Contribute to the development of a best‑practice roadmap so the Paid Social offering continually evolves.
Mentor colleagues across the practice, helping them grow capability and knowledge.
Qualifications
Strong Paid Social delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
Passion for the craft and demonstrable success in optimising campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption.
Understanding of how other channels work and can be optimised together.
Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about work quality and continuous learning.
Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you.
Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
Strong attention to detail, methodical and process‑oriented.
Success Metrics

Deliver campaigns that meet or exceed internal creation and delivery metrics.
Meet internal targets for technology adoption and process optimisation.
Achieve quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led.
Meet client satisfaction targets (internal & external).
Obtain and meet learning certification milestones across the practice.
Mentor less experienced Paid Social colleagues.
Salary Range $70,000 — $98,000 USD (current position range).
