What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language, document interactions to maintain accurate records, and use Intuit’s state-of-the-art video communication software for customer interactions.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills – written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington, DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
