Hybrid 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Who We Are:
We’re a full-service creative shop born out of ATTN:’s purpose-driven mission to bring attention to the things that matter. We exist to build brands for the attention era. We accelerate growth for brands, putting them at the center of culture so they become the center of attention. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds and makers and we’re lucky enough to work with some of the world’s most innovative brands and culturally connected brands.
What You’ll Do:
The Senior Art Director will lead a full-year social program for a major technology client launching a new Instagram channel. This platform will spotlight unexpected stories about the brand’s fans, the design behind the brand, and the positive impact it has in the world. The work must feel thoughtful, premium, and culturally tuned—anchored in high craft and creative excellence. Strong social instincts and deep experience collaborating with creators are essential, as much of the content will be co‑made with creators, organizations, and publications on IG. Above all, we’re looking for standout storytellers who can deliver highly engaging social narratives that feel like real stories—not ads. We’re not making commercials; we’re building a channel people want to follow.

5-8+ years experience in agency/in‑house concepting and art directing for global brands
Immersed in social media storytelling, with an editorial POV
Experienced in working with creators, social‑first production and smart growth strategies
Demonstrated experience working on everything from mobile‑first social campaigns to TVCs
A strong communicator, with the ability to tell a compelling visual story
Experience translating data, strategy and insights into standout visual approaches
Proven self‑starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multitask effectively
