Proposal Coordinator – AEC Industry

Your Role
3‑7 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism (preferred).
Independently produce Responses to Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish.
Create qualification materials and solicit/compile required components from technical staff.
Assist in interview preparations and manage the pursuit response with technical staff.
Develop marketing qualification packages showcasing graphic design skills.
Write, edit, and proofread advanced English content and add new material to the marketing library.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and background knowledge of the AEC industry.
This is a hybrid remote position. You will be required to work from the office two days per week.

Salary Range Base salary range:
$64,000 – $75,000 . Actual salaries will vary by location, experience, and performance. The listed range is one component of Glumac’s comprehensive compensation package.
