Manager, Consumer Insights - Marketplace Partnership

As part of Front Row’s Insights team, you will translate complex data into strategic narratives that guide business decisions for beauty, wellness, and CPG brands. You will ingest diverse data sources, identify emerging consumer and industry trends, and present insights that inspire action.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research across sales, search trends, social media analytics, customer reviews, and primary/secondary consumer reports.
Translate findings into clear, compelling storytelling that answers core business questions: Who is our consumer? How are they behaving in e‑commerce environments? What industry and cultural forces shape these behaviors?
Distill complex datasets into concise narratives that inspire client action.
Present insights confidently to internal and client stakeholders.
Support the Director of Consumer Insights in mentoring analysts, managing workflows, and elevating the team’s analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
Expert in building presentation-ready decks, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable managing large datasets.
Experience designing, conducting, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative consumer research.
Strong communicator, articulate, confident in writing and public speaking.
Strategic thinker, connects insights to broader business.
Curious, proactive, digs into data anomalies to uncover deeper meaning.
Collaborative team player, thrives in an agile team, supports colleagues.
Innovative thinker, challenges status quo, creative approaches to insight generation.
Project manager, handles multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders with accountability.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus
Location: headquartered in SoHo, New York City with international offices in San Diego, Hamburg, and Bratislava.
