Summary Of The Position Falvey Insurance Group is seeking an experienced and result‑driven relationship manager to assist with the management of our small to medium‑sized business. This role will focus on developing strategic initiatives, enhancing customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth through effective partnership development.
Position Functions \ Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and analyze customer data.
Growth & Sales: Identify new opportunities, promote insurance products, and achieve sales targets.
Tier 1 Broker Focus: Concentrate efforts on developing, expanding, and managing relationships with top regional retail brokers (Tier 1) to drive strategic growth and maximize premium production.
Industry Specialization: Focus on targeted lines of business including Ocean Marine, Inland Marine, Property, Transportation & Logistics, Life Science, Technology, Construction, and similar specialty sectors, aligning broker needs with Falvey’s capabilities.
Geographic Concentration: Emphasize growth and relationship development within the West Coast USA region, prioritizing strategic brokerage and market opportunities.
Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies and support growth.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of growth initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Candidates should be customer‑service oriented, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work effectively with all levels of company staff. Must possess strong mathematical, time‑management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced office environment. Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, spreadsheet software, CRM software, and general computer applications is essential.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
3 - 8 years of experience in growth, sales, or marketing
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit and work quietly, operate a computer, and communicate on a telephone.
Monthly travel is required as needed and set by the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
Working Conditions Business‑casual fast‑paced multi‑tasking office environment.
Hours of Operations This position supports our marketing efforts internationally. This position’s work hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm, in a hybrid work environment. Our hybrid environment is 3 days within our business‑casual office environment. Of these 3 days in the office, Wednesday and Thursday are required, and employees may work from home the other 2 days. Our employees choose their schedule. This position requires occasional flexibility for working additional hours to accomplish project objectives.
Pay Range $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year (Arizona)
