What We Are Looking For
Team player, driven and motivated to succeed
Great listener with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Primary Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers
Uncover customers’ home furnishing needs to help them bring their design vision to life
Generate sales through a consultative approach
Build rapport with customers using strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening; earn their business through honest conversation and integrity
Encourage additional products to complete the room
Work as a team to achieve sales goals
Explain financing and protection plans
Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
Pay Pay averages around $70,000 – $100,000 per year, based on commission and location.
