West Coast Field Adjuster
Job Title: Regional Field Adjuster
Job Type: Full‑Time
Location: Coastal territories of Southern California, Northern California or Central
Responsibilities
On‑site inspection of residential and/or commercial losses resulting from a wide variety of losses (Wind, Hail, Water, Fire, etc.).
Using estimating software to establish indemnity values of claimed damages.
Preparing detailed reports inclusive of estimates, photos, sketches, narratives and payment recommendations to be submitted to insurance carriers for review.
Negotiating property damage with claimants, insureds, contractors, or attorneys.
On‑site training of new adjusters in your territory per direction of Division Management.
Assisting with regional recruiting plan per direction of Resource Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma mandatory.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Effective management of all modes of communication including email, phone, and text.
Strong integrity and critical thinking abilities complemented by effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Sound mathematical skills.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Reliable mode of transportation.
Physical Demands
Able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
Able to climb ladders and roofs of varying pitches.
Can entail multiple hours of drivetime, standing, or sitting.
