Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
This is a banking position New Edge Associates is partnering with a highly diversified, growth-oriented community bank to recruit a Business Relationship Manager to support the expansion of its Business Banking platform. This role will manage a balanced portfolio of approximately 50% C&I and 50% CRE, with a strategic emphasis on increasing small-to-medium business lending and reducing reliance on real estate. Based in a newly built-out branch location, this lender will serve key South Florida markets including Doral, Medley, Airport West/East, and Hialeah. The ideal candidate is a hybrid C&I/CRE lender who can drive loan production, generate low-cost deposits, and deliver strong fee income while working closely with a dedicated Portfolio Manager and Lending Assistant.
Requirements
Originate $15MM–$40MM in annual loan production, based on title and experience
Generate deposits equal to ~10% of loan production (DDA and money market focus)
Develop relationships with SMB and investor clients
Participate in SBA and interest rate swap opportunities
Maintain strong credit quality and underwriting discipline
Qualifications
Proven C&I and CRE lending experience in a business banking environment
Strong credit training
Experience with institutions of $2B+ in assets preferred
Ability to bring an existing portfolio
