Description of Work Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the College of Law. Work closely with the Assistant Dean for Student Development & Chief of Staff and other law‑college leadership to secure venues, vendors, travel arrangements, alcohol permits, and handle all event details. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and companies involved in event execution. Provide administrative support for major college events and meetings, including travel, scheduling, and related logistics. Occasional nights and weekends may be required due to event schedules.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, restaurant and tourism management, business, public relations, communications or a closely related field.

Additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education on a year‑for‑year basis.

Demonstrated excellence in customer service.

Excellent time management, organization and communication skills essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and calendar programs required.

Preferred Qualifications

Conference & workshop planning experience that includes managing budget/accounting process and use of contracts.

Proficiency in Zoom or other web‑conferencing platforms.
