Responsibilities

Witness and notarize contracts remotely or on the go, verifying identities and adding official seals.

Administer oaths, certify copies, and provide guidance on the notarization process.

Maintain accurate records of signings and IDs.

Qualifications and Skills

MUST be a U.S. citizen.

High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.

Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.

Experience in witnessing signings is beneficial.

Understanding of relevant laws and standards.

Familiarity with online tools for remote witnessing.

Detail-oriented with meticulous procedures. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Upholding ethical standards.

Job Requirements High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
