Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries. You will create and maintain your own community within your center and take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.

Typical Day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.

Throughout the morning, customers come in asking for Wi‑Fi code changes, package status, directions to meeting rooms, projector setup, and other assistance. You handle these requests, process invoices, and provide general support. A quick coffee break follows. You sort mail and update customers on pending items. During lunch, you continue handling customer requests.

In the afternoon, you help with printing, invoicing, and open service tickets through our portal if a room is too hot. After a short coffee break, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, send e‑invites, and create posters. A prospect arrives; you share details about the community and encourage them to join. The day ends with wrapping up meetings and ensuring the center is tidy.

About You You also need to be:

A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)

Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them

Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations

Experienced and confident using MS Office and other basic IT equipment

Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
