Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and services, while staying informed about competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions. To support our Digital Sales team you will have an unapologetic passion for innovation and technology and an uncompromising drive toward continuous improvement.Two years’ business or related work experience in customer service required, preferably in sales.Strong reading and writing comprehension skills, understanding different styles of written communication.Ability to manage multiple tasks and chat with multiple customers simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
