Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Internet connection that meets Intuit's security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
