Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find the right answer and communicate it in everyday language.
Interact with customers through state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and commitment to delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
