Global Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of INCOSE’s global events, including regional and international conferences. This role requires an experienced, proactive, and highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, international environment, demonstrates attention to detail, adapts quickly to new processes and tools, and can work independently, in a supporting role, and as part of a team.
This is a remote position that can be located anywhere globally.
Key Responsibilities
Registration and Participant Management:
Manage the registration process, including setting up platforms, tracking attendee data, and responding to participant inquiries.
Generate reports on registration metrics and demographics.
Perform on-site registration and logistics duties to include registration desk support, set-up/tear down/packing of materials and general event assistance as needed.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Compile feedback from attendees and stakeholders through surveys and other tools.
Assist in preparing post-event reports to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Event Logistics:
Coordinate pre-event meetings and calls, including scheduling, providing summaries, and performing follow-ups.
Assist with organizing and scheduling shipment of materials to/from events.
Team Support:
Collaborate with the MarCom team to execute promotional campaigns, including email, social media, and website updates.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth implementation of key tasks.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
