Providence – Swedish Edmonds, WA 21601 76th Ave W. Pay range: $45.66 – $69.47 per hour for MSW; $48.39 – $73.64 per hour for LCSW.
Night Shift role.

Job Description The Clinical Social Worker partners with patients, families, and the health care team to address and advocate for patients' social and emotional needs. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, crisis intervention, resource referral, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care through effective utilization of health care resources.
Care Manager MSW
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License.
1 year of experience in acute medical or mental healthcare in inpatient or outpatient setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
ACM/CCM certification.
Care Manager LCSW
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License.
1 year of experience in acute medical or mental healthcare in inpatient or outpatient setting.
