Description
As a Copywriter at GSW, you will be responsible for crafting brand‑specific messaging across all channels. This includes brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, writing manuscripts, and addressing team and client feedback. You’ll manage execution for multiple customers, delivering strategically focused, thought‑provoking work that makes an impact. This role will support our GSW Santa Monica team, so you must be willing to work PST hours. What You’ll Do
Serve as the “project owner” by crafting imaginative, understandable, and persuasive copy aligned with brand messaging. Learn the marketing strategies of assigned brands. Gain fundamental knowledge of assigned brand(s) and a foundational understanding of brand science. Generate manuscripts, annotations, and references based on GSW and client specifications. Essential Requirements
2+ years of experience and/or a solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles. Portfolio containing work samples that demonstrate creative thinking and exceptional writing skills. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or related field; coursework in pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences is a plus. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accept constructive internal and client feedback. Ability to multitask with precision in a fast‑paced environment. Basic understanding of digital communications and media channels.
