Role:
Commission-Based Sales Professional We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Professional to help grow our residential and commercial client base in northern Virginia. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building strong community and business relationships.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective residential and commercial clients through cold outreach, networking, and local marketing efforts
Educate potential clients on TruBlue's range of home maintenance, renovation and handyman services
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
Establish relationships with HOAs, property managers, real estate professionals, senior service providers, and small business owners
Represent TruBlue at community events, business expos, and networking groups to promote brand visibility
Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with a focus on sustainable growth
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (B2C and/or B2B) preferred, but not required
Self‑motivated with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with the northern Virginia area and local communities is a plus
Passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's homes and lives
Must have reliable transportation
Compensation
100% Commission‑Based
5% of net job revenue for up to $100,000 in sales
8% of net job revenue for $100,000 or more in sales
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Performance bonuses and incentives may be available
