Event Sales & Planning Manager
Location: ANdAZ & Hyatt, Maui, Wailea

ANdAZ Maui at Wailea
Primary Focus and Responsibilities:
Sell and service event sales bookings, including weddings, vow renewals, and local social and business events.
Act as liaison between wedding couples, event planners, and hotel staff.
Negotiate sales agreements and manage full wedding coordination.
Detail food, beverage, vendor, and A/V needs.
Manage room blocks, pick‑up, billing instructions, and final bill review.
Serve as on‑site contact and ensure smooth execution of all events.

Qualifications:
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 1‑3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience (prefer two years or completion of Event Management Trainee program).
Proficient general computer knowledge.
Extremely detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
Salary Range:
$73,000 to $90,000 (determined by experience and qualifications).
