is seeking a committed leader to revenue and build lasting relationships in the

Leisure Community

sector. Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of prospect generation, including cultivating local influencer relationships to create awareness and referral commitments. Partner with General Managers and the sales team to develop and implement a community‑specific sales and marketing plan. Analyze sales data to set goals and action plans that achieve metrics for lead and lease conversion. Respond to all potential leads with timely follow‑up; maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system. Conduct walk‑in and scheduled tours, and provide training and coaching for community staff on inquiry calls and tours. Make outbound sales calls to schedule community visits and advance the sales process. Promote on‑site and off‑site events that generate leads and tours. Manage the community marketing budget and maintain promotional branded material inventory. Collaborate on an internal referral program with residents and maintain staging and marketing of all community spaces to company standards. Negotiate rental incentives and terms within company policy and visit competitors regularly as directed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum two (2) years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results. Exceptional persuasive and problem‑solving skills. Strong ability to build relationships through telephone, face‑to‑face, networking events, and on‑site lead generation events. Demonstrated capability to work under pressure with high demand for results. Proficiency with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license; must be willing to travel within the local market for lead generation events. Position may require driving responsibilities (may use company‑provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle). Benefits
