Overview To provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer standards. To be friendly, courteous and cooperate with other store associates. Responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practices, maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Smile, greet each customer and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging with customers to create a personalized checkout experience.
Guide customers to an open SCO register, supporting the SCO experience from start to finish.
Move throughout the SCO area being attentive and inviting.
Respond timely to customers inquiries and self-checkout system notifications, including Everseen if applicable.
