FGG Spa, LLC, a growth‑focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, is looking for driven sales professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities
Meet membership sales goals and achieve all performance‑based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements.
Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales and management.
Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience with a history of delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, winning attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and drive.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Schedule Varied shift schedule including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays; flexible availability preferred.
