Group Sales Coordinator – Margaritaville Resort Orlando
Location & Salary Orlando, Florida – $35,000.00–$65,000.00
Job Summary The Group Sales Coordinator performs confidential clerical and administrative duties for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately transcribe, type, format, and proofread a wide variety of materials (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
Meet and greet clients and visitors, answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages from external and internal sources.
Manage schedules, set up meetings and appointments.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Manager.
Coordinate training sessions.
Assist Directors and Managers of the department with Contracts.
Attend internal operations meetings to communicate with the Departments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, marketing and collateral requests, process expense reports, invoices, and commissions.
Run Sales & commission reports.
Act as the main point of contact for all administrative issues.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Work independently and exercise judgment when monitoring phone calls and meeting requests.
Ability to work weekends when needed.
Handle multiple projects as assigned.
Create Group Resumes.
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of Administrative Sales Assistant experience in the Hospitality Industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
