Your Role as Sales Coordinator As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Sales & Marketing team, helping to establish relationships with clients, coordinate events, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will be a key contributor to the success of the hotel’s pre‑opening and ongoing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage sales leads, proposals, contracts, and follow‑ups.

Maintain client databases and organize sales reports.

Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and site tours.

Communicate with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional materials.

Required Experience

Previous experience in hospitality sales or event coordination is preferred.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
