Sales Account Executive - School
and champion client retention and growth in the Portland, ME area. We’re looking for a go-getter with a passion for building lasting relationships and a persuasive communicator driven by customer success. What You’ll Do
Retain & Grow Existing Business
Rebooks and retain business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through scheduled site visits and calls. Leverage existing relationships within current accounts to upsell additional products and services. Maintain and update product, service, and pricing knowledge; act as the point of contact and provide quality program information to accounts.
Gain New Business
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting customer relationships. Generate new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales. Utilize Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting.
The Skills You’ll Bring
2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training. Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs. Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system. Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. Why You’ll Love Working At Shutterfly Lifetouch, LLC
