Responsibilities
Promote a customer‑centered culture that exceeds customer needs and expectations.
Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels of assigned retailers, buyers, and key decision makers.
Partner with BU/Brand Teams and Marketing to understand trends and consumer preferences and direct account strategy.
Work with the VP of Regional Accounts and the Brand Teams to develop a sales plan that delivers sales and margin objectives within the Trade Promotion Management and accrual funding structure.
Partner internally with various departments to plan, communicate and ensure excellent distribution.
Achieve/exceed all established key sales measures and targets.
Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Ensure open and effective communication with VP of Sales, Regional Operations, BU/Brand Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions.
Foster an environment that engages and educates the regional team.
Lead, coach, and support the retail team; build high‑performing sales leadership at the region level.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes–Oxley, Safety, etc.).
Perform other duties integral to the position, including adherence to attendance policies.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years’ experience in Retail Account Management and CPG sales. Proven success in teamwork and guiding sales.
Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required.
We offer a competitive salary up to $95 k and an excellent total rewards package. Interested candidates who meet the basic qualifications may be contacted for a telephone interview. Location: Baton Rouge, LA. Salary range: $91,800–$153,100.
