We are passionate about growing our business and place a high priority on teamwork, communication and collaboration. The Strategic Account Manager sells TTM products and maintains relationships as the primary contact with assigned existing key domestic or global/international OEM partners. Scope
The position is located in the Western region of the US. United States citizenship is required. The role is an individual contributor with indirect oversight and guidance of other sales and customer relationship management employees. The SAM will work with all disciplines globally within their accounts and TTM including all levels of management, purchasing, global supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer service and quoting centers. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new accounts and grow revenue with existing accounts Follow up on open quotes and business opportunities for TTM's full product portfolio Monitor performance levels of TTM and work with site level management to drive improvement if needed Work with TTM support teams on negotiation spreadsheets, conduct research in preparation for QBRs and other activities Work with TTM sales to provide guidance and support at the different TTM regional sites Participate in negotiations and QBRs at the customer's designated site Develop and present strategic plans for growth Presentations to customers and TTM management and support teams as needed Initiate, recommend and provide solutions to customers Provide communications and guidance to TTM divisions (all sites globally) in support of the customer's initiatives and expectations Work with accounting, engineering, production, customer service and others to provide solutions and closure on business issues as they may occur Support any special projects or programs assigned by TTM management Written correspondence to customers and TTM employees and management as needed Essential Knowledge and Skills
Ownership mindset, urgency, and ability to contribute within highly dynamic teams Actively involved with external and internal corporate teams to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturing processes & systems to communicate effectively with external and internal customers Knowledge of printed circuit and/or EMS processing and materials is required Maintain a working knowledge of industry certifications and requirements for different market segments Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 140001 standards is preferred Ability to react quickly to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization exists Ability to manage conflict situations with internal and external customers to maintain high customer satisfaction Decision making to match strategies and capabilities with customer demands and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram (print reading) or schedule form Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience A technical background is encouraged International experience preferred Exceptional communication skills and ability to read, write and understand the English language Proven history of successful sales performance, providing customer service and support that exceeds expectations Excellent attention to detail; excellent organizational and prioritization skills Strong proficiency with working knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment with high volume of workload Available for travel (25%-40%) and extended stay away from home Compensation and Benefits

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary based on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, certifications and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $110,605 - $194,513. Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location. Export Statement
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Responsibilities include identifying ITAR product on the manufacturing floor, understanding that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents, recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation, understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL), understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
