Inside Sales Associate
Location:
N. Andover, MA - 93; 2350 Turnpike St, #1, North Andover, Massachusetts - 01845
Pay:
Up to $28 / hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses.

What to Expect:
The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Daily Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers, representing the company professionally.
Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice for pickup or delivery. Secure payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization per company policy.
Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items at the counter per manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs.
Estimate delivery date to customer based on vendor’s production and delivery schedules.
Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.
The ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
Strong counter presence and ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
Strong customer‑service attitude.
Good computer skills including MS Office programs.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.
Familiarity with related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful.
