SUMMARY We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a global manufacturing leader in Oxford, Connecticut. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to win business, build momentum, and grow a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. In this role, you will actively engage new and existing customers, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth across the U.S. You’ll work side‑by‑side with a Business Development Manager—among the top producers in the weighing equipment industry, gaining exposure to best-in-class sales strategies while directly contributing to increased revenue and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide sales support to outside sales / Business Development Managers.

Generate new leads and prospect for new dealers to create an ongoing quote pipeline to successfully build new business.

Maintain and develop existing dealer base through trusted relationship management.

Maintain all contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, lost sales, phone calls, emails, and meeting notes within CRM system.

Analyze business issues and business cycles to identify products and services to meet those needs, create persuasive sales proposals and overcome objections, issues, or concerns.

Answer inbound phone calls and advise customers on product options and any order‑related questions.

Make outbound phone calls to assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers.

Submit sales reports, territory forecasts, industry trends and market reporting.

Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quota goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Previous inside sales and/or call center environment experience…manufacturing experience a plus.

Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills as well as attention to detail is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams virtual meetings.

Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
