Responsibilities
Prospect new residential leads through observable market activities.
Negotiate pricing to benefit both customer and company profit.
Close deals with clients within measurable time periods.
Achieve monthly quotas and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the OPC team and share resources and knowledge.
Provide individualized service and support to satisfy customer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preference for 2+ years sales experience in home services (not required).
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.
Must obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces.
Valid driver’s license throughout employment.
Working Environment
Work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
Drive vehicle for route work; must maintain clean driving record.
