Role Description This full-time, remote position based in Bayamón is for a Business Development Consultant. The role focuses on identifying and generating new business opportunities, implementing strategic business development initiatives, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate will provide consultative guidance tailored to client needs, collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, and effectively communicate the value of our waterproofing systems to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
Work alongside sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach efforts.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates within the CRM.
Contribute to the overall growth and market positioning of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Strong background in consulting, business planning, or strategic sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and maintain a customer‑focused approach.
Experience or knowledge of the construction or waterproofing industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.
