Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR You will wake up excited to meet new clients, take appointments, perform follow‑up, survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options. You will perform home evaluations, sometimes crawling into tight spaces, recommend solutions, and explain benefits. Your sales skills and professional attitude help you succeed in gaining new customers across the board.
Qualifications for an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven sales ability
Basic math skills
