Responsibilities
Assist new and existing customers in protecting their homes by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling).
Use product knowledge to close sales, collect payment information, and schedule technicians.
Participate in daily team meetings to share strategies and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Successful track record in inside sales
Value relationships and ethics in selling
Confidence in speaking over the phone with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers
Spanish fluency is a plus
