Lead Generator Installer (Electrical License Required) Join the Heritage Home Service team as a Lead Generator Installer (Electrical License Required) at our Auburn, NH location. Heritage Home Service is seeking a Lead Generator Installer with a valid New Hampshire Electrical License to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of standby generators and leading a small team of 2 installation helpers/apprentices. The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician with leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 2 install helpers/apprentices during generator installations

Perform the electrical connections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes

Coordinate with install team and customers to ensure timely and accurate installations

Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans

Train and mentor apprentices to develop their technical skills and safety awarenessMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently

Qualifications

Valid New Hampshire Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)

Proven experience in generator installation

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and installation manuals

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Skills

Experience with residential standby generators (e.g., Generac, Kohler)

Knowledge of local building and electrical codes

Customer service experience in a residential setting
