What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define the vision for Automotive licensing in North America, setting ambitious goals and crafting a roadmap to achieve them
Drive licensing revenue growth and manage complex sales plans with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners
Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor
Provide leadership for the North American automotive sales team, coaching team members to navigate complex business deals
Monitor industry trends and identify market opportunities to influence go-to-market strategies for automotive technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience; advanced degree(s) in business or technical disciplines are a plus
15+ years of experience in technology sales, with 10+ years in the automotive industry and managing field sales teams
In-depth knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, including supply chains and regulatory requirements
Ability to anticipate industry trends, particularly in in-vehicle entertainment and autonomous driving
Deep knowledge of the device licensing business and automotive industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing multi-year, high-value licensing agreements with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
Proven track record of building strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals
Experience in championing change and driving organizational growth
Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop talent within the team
