As a Regional Executive, Americas you will lead account and relationship management for a large, multi-customer region in the Americas, including support of the sales and business development activities. Overall, you will ensure Westinghouse provides creative support through deep customer engagement with Westinghouse products and services (approx. market value ~$500M annually).
You will report to the Regional VP, US, Central & Latin America and work 100% Remote.
Responsibilities
Grow order pipeline and ensure volume and quality of orders by customer to exceed Westinghouse business plan goals.
Experience digging into customers' pain points and validating the issues they're facing as a trusted business advisor with relevant knowledge, ensuring understanding of customer strategies and needs; use insights to produce sales opportunities and facilitate revenue growth across all product and service areas.
Lead team of account executives as assigned. Ensure employee success through performance management, professional development and employee engagement.
Lead application of knowledge of customer business strategies, competitor intelligence and market trends to inform and influence marketing, strategic planning, and product/service/technology development. Provide executive oversight to ensure successful project delivery, leading to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
Lead the identification of sales opportunities through knowledge of Westinghouse products and services that meet our customer needs (development of important proposals, assessing risks). Work with WEC sales and product teams to create and offer product solutions to meet customer needs.
Promote the use of the customer relations management tool to manage the orders entered pipeline and associated actions to achieve target goals.
Represent the voice of the customer inside Westinghouse during project execution; support execution teams whenever needed; quickly elevate issues within Westinghouse (e.g. quality or performance issues) which might deteriorate the relationship between Westinghouse and the customer. Work with marketing to facilitate formal voice of customer.
Partner with internal executives/leadership to develop teaming relationships to foster collaboration on sales and marketing opportunities.
Responsible for development and continued maintenance of customer account plans and customer reactor by reactor models. Located regionally close to customers.
Grow account personnel ensuring Westinghouse and customer needs are met. Support the personnel development through technical and sales training plans focused on customer and business segment needs.
Achieve orders entered, sales, direct gross margin, cash flow and customer satisfaction as measured by feedback mechanism.
Travel Requirements: 50-70
