Inside Sales Representative
to join our fast-growing team. If you’re energized by building relationships, managing accounts, and uncovering new revenue opportunities, this role is an excellent fit. You’ll support our Sales Manager while working alongside a collaborative and driven sales team. Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with a large pipeline of leads using our CRM
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
Independently manage your account portfolio and drive consistent sales growth
Collaborate with the sales team to expand into new markets and diversify our customer base
Provide top‑tier customer service and account support
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity logs, and customer records
Qualifications
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
(required)
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred
$16.00/hr base pay
(40 hours per week)
3% commission
on all sales from new and existing accounts you manage
Uncapped earning potential
