About The Role We’re hiring a

Bilingual Account Executive

to represent our company in the

U.S. and North American markets . This person will be key in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Zendesk AEs (SMB and Commercial), driving alignment, and ensuring we’re seen as the

partner of choice , not just another vendor.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with Zendesk’s AE teams (SMB & Commercial), ensuring we are top‑of‑mind for relevant opportunities.

Act as the point of contact for U.S.-based Zendesk reps, prospects, and clients.

Attend in-person events, meetings, and partner activations to represent the company and strengthen connections.

Identify, qualify, and manage inbound and partner‑driven opportunities.

Collaborate with internal Brazilian Pre‑Sales and Operations to deliver proposals, demos, and solutions.

Work with partners to influence and drive demand for Zendesk‑related services and implementations.

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and report consistently on deal status, pipeline growth, and key relationships.

Align closely with internal Ops, Marketing, and Partner Success to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.

Skills and Details

Experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or channel sales - preferably within the Zendesk ecosystem or a related CX/CRM/Helpdesk environment.

Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.

Comfort working in a distributed, remote‑first environment, with occasional travel for events and meetings.

Self‑starter with the ability to manage priorities and drive results independently.

Additional Information

Fixed monthly rate plus variable compensation;

Annual bonus (subject to achieving financial goals);

Accommodation and transportation according to the Travel Policy;

15 days of Vacation (working days);
