As a Catering Sales Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of catered events, working closely with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. From managing event logistics to coordinating with culinary and banquet teams, you’ll deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue. This role is ideal for an organized, customer‑focused professional with a passion for hospitality and event management.
Key Responsibilities
Build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate catering business for the hotel.
Prospect for new business, respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.
Report to the Director of Sales (Director of Catering).
Use this position as a platform for progression into group sales, new market segments, or broader food and beverage and hotel operations roles.
Education & Experience
College degree or two years of hotel experience.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications.
