In-Store Sales Representatives- Weekends

American Home Design is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives in the Knoxville area for weekends only. Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? If so, this position will be a great fit! Our salespeople work inside a local Home Depot store, promoting our water products by conducting a brief survey.
You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base plus unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store sales representatives are making over $30/hour.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet.
Meet and exceed hourly survey expectations.
Sales Representative Benefits

Uncapped bonus opportunity
Year‑End Bonus
Opportunity for full‑time employment with benefits, including health insurance.

Compensation Plan
$18/hour base pay, plus bonuses.
Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour.
Our average in-store representatives are making $22/hour.
Bonuses will be paid out weekly. Must be employed to receive any bonuses, including the year‑end bonus.
Sales Representative Qualifications
Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication skills.
Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined to work independently.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4‑hour shift.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
