Saleslink, a national manufacturer’s representative firm, is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to support our partner, The Toro Company, in the Salt Lake City, Utah market. This is a dynamic opportunity to represent one of the most respected brands in outdoor power equipment while enjoying the support and structure of a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.

What You’ll Do
Own your territory – manage sales and brand initiatives for The Toro Company at retail
Drive results – meet and exceed sales targets through field execution and relationship‑building
Build influence – foster strong, productive relationships with store managers and associates
Train and support – conduct in‑store product demos and hands‑on training
Promote the brand – ensure premium in‑store presence through merchandising and execution
Analyze and improve – track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Stay sharp – maintain expertise on Toro products, competitors, and customer needs
Lead the field – execute store walks, demo days, and promotional events
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or retail management
Proven ability to work independently in a field‑based role
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with solid time management and follow‑through
Confidence presenting and training in a retail environment
Physical ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to travel overnight (especially in‑season)
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and authorization to work in the United States
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah area
