REPORTS TO: Store Manager RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Objective : To create a unique, memorable, and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Aviator Nation lifestyle and brand image, while executing all store tasks. Be a part of a fun growing team Greet customers when they walk in the door Respond to questions Improving engagement with customers and providing outstanding customer service Operating cash register Managing financial transactions and balancing drawers Achieving established goals Abiding to your availability agreement Work efficiently during each shift Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones Confident presentation ability, excellent written and oral communication skills Good organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment.
