is seeking a part-time, temporary

Account Coordinator

with a genuine passion for client success and digital marketing innovation. As thought leaders and content strategists, we’re constantly creating new ways to solve problems.

This temporary position serves an important role by providing SalesForce / business and project management support working directly with Account Managers on the Headline Studio team.

In this role, you’ll assist with the execution of content-driven projects and digital campaigns, providing necessary support to ensure that milestones are met, as well as being responsible for SalesForce billing processes, invoice tracking, and other key documentation.

In this role you will:

Partner with the client services team to ensure accurate and timely billing through SalesForce

Work directly with the client services team on the coordination and execution of client deliverables

Coordinate with the Account Management team on needs related to contracts for freelancers/ contractors

Fielding and facilitating internal information requests, and deliverables

Scheduling and participating in client meetings, brainstorm sessions and conference calls

Clearly document meeting notes, key takeaways, and recaps

Work with Finance, Legal and SalesForce CRM teams on all billing, financial aspects of accounts and related internal invoice tracking, reconciliation, etc.

Maintaining and organizing current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.

For this position we're looking for candidates with:

Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, communications, related area, or equivalent experience

Minimum one to two years’ experience in administration, marketing and/or project management

Ability to juggle several project tasks across multiple accounts

Strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage several priorities, tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly detail oriented

High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities (proficiency in .ppt/keynote, excel, and Adobe Acrobat.)

SalesForce experience is a plus
