Position Summary The Sales Enablement Specialist drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by optimizing tools, data, processes, and reporting. This role ensures that sales teams have the resources, insights, and systems needed to perform at their best. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems expertise with process thinking and a passion for enabling sales success behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize

ERP and CRM systems

(e.g., Epicor Prophet 21, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to ensure accurate customer, product, and pricing data.

Develop, automate, and distribute

sales dashboards, KPI reports, and margin analyses

using Excel and Power BI/CRM tools.

Partner with leadership to track pipeline metrics, win/loss trends, and performance against targets.

Create and update

sales process documentation, training materials, and playbooks

for inside and outside sales teams.

Support onboarding of new sales hires by coordinating system access, workflow orientation, and performance reporting setup.

Manage

quote templates, pricing updates, and data alignment

between ERP and CRM platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure consistent product and pricing information across platforms.

Assist in the rollout of new tools, reports, or process enhancements to improve sales efficiency.

Analyze data trends to identify growth opportunities, margin improvement areas, and process bottlenecks.

Support preparation of

sales presentations, reports, and analytics

for leadership meetings.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

3–5 years in

sales operations, sales enablement, or data-driven sales support , preferably in industrial distribution or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of

ERP and CRM systems

(Epicor Prophet 21, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Advanced

Excel

skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and dashboards).

Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Excellent organization and documentation skills.

Skilled at building cross-departmental relationships and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in

industrial distribution

or B2B sales environments.

Understanding of

sales performance metrics , pricing structures, and quoting processes.

Familiarity with

Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools .

Interest in process improvement and automation of sales workflows.
