Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.
Activities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). You will work closely with local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners and run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales.
During training, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using our tablet‑based CRM platform, Atlas. After training, you may set your own work schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients.
Maintain client records in the CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact info and other relevant details.
Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes.
Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leaders.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
Successful completion of pre‑employment background check.
Must live in the area relative to job posting location.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions.
Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
Ability to be field‑based at least 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma/GED.
Prior B2B sales role experience.
Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

First‑year professional may expect average total compensation of $90,000–$105,000+ via uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
