F&B Admin | Restaurant Sales Manager

Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.
Responsibilities
Oversee the coordination and successful execution of all programs/services contracted through the Restaurant Sales department. Rectify any deficiencies with respective operational departments.
Generate revenue for the restaurants through direct sales, direct mail, and other sales and marketing efforts.
Identify key markets and develop key relationships to generate sales.
Accurately describe what each restaurant has to offer (availability, general layout, capacities, appearance, menu details, etc.).
Build and foster relationships with partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and attending conferences and events to grow sales.
Ensure compliance with company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and oversee the department's financial goals.
High motivation, organization, and leadership qualities; enjoy developing team members and interacting with guests.
Ability to travel for client visits/appointments.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Multi-tasking capability.
Bachelor's degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience required.
2 years of luxury resort hotel/restaurant sales preferred.
Food and Beverage operational experience preferred.

Food and Beverage operational experience preferred.
Must be able to travel for client visits/appointments.
