Reports to: Strategic Accounts Manager

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and lead qualification. This role focuses on initiating contact with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and setting qualified meetings for the outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, decision‑making processes, and potential fit.

Coordinate and book meetings for the Outside Sales Team, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear communication.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the appropriate CRM system.

Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to align outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.

Follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and past contacts to generate new opportunities.

Contribute to National Account rollouts by supporting communication and implementation efforts.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings set, and qualified leads.

Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, bid requests, and RFPs.

Respond to changing business needs by adopting new tasks that directly support revenue growth.

Success In This Role Looks Like

Consistently achieving or exceeding daily and weekly outbound call activity goals.

Generating a strong volume of qualified meetings for the Outside Sales Team.

Maintaining a high conversion rate from outbound calls to scheduled meetings.

Ensuring CRM records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.

Making measurable contributions to the growth of the overall sales pipeline.
