Overview As a Territory Account Executive (NA), you will drive adoption of Litera’s legal technology across large law firms and corporate legal teams. You will develop territory plans, consult with key contacts, and grow cross‑sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Attain monthly and quarterly sales targets
Earn credibility as a trusted advisor for key contacts within each customer in your territory
Actively listen, understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and business trends and benefits
Develop detailed territory and account plans by working cross‑functionally
Expand relationships and grow our partnership within each customer
Prospect into current customer accounts for cross‑sell opportunities
Qualifications
Energized by navigating complex organizations and decision‑making processes
Credible trusted advisor with C‑suite and senior leaders within large global organizations
Strong desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems
Organization, collaboration, and routine achievement of metric‑based quota goals
Comfortable with a quickly changing environment
Thrives on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally
Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, NYC, NJ, or Raleigh
Locations & Hybrid Work We are hybrid with offices in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh, and Toronto. Employees must work from the office at least three days a week and reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of these hubs.
Compensation & Benefits Base: $24–$36/hour ($50k–$75k annualized). OTE: $100k–$150k. Litera offers health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
