A well-established and growing company is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand its presence in the commercial plumbing and HVAC space. This is a direct hire position offering base salary, commission, and full benefits.
About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated sales professional with a hunter mindset, someone who thrives on bringing in new business and building lasting client relationships. While the role includes HVAC, the primary focus will be on commercial plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South Texas
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
Present plumbing and HVAC services in a consultative, solutions-based way
Understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions
Maintain strong follow-up and long-term client engagement
Meet or exceed sales goals with the support of a solid operations team
Ideal Candidate
Proven success in outside sales, preferably within commercial plumbing and/or HVAC
Confident in cold-calling, networking, and developing new business
Knowledge of the South Texas commercial construction market is a plus
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Strong communication and client service skills
